Terms of Use

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract to use the App.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

A premium subscription unlocks unlimited trips, AI photo and email import, and advanced alerts.

• Web prices: Weekly $5.99, Monthly $12.99, or Annual $29.
• In-app purchases: Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed at the prices listed in those stores.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account (App Store or Google Play) or, for web subscriptions, through the App. Refunds for store purchases are handled by the applicable store under its policies.

Your content

You own the content you create or upload, including your trips, itineraries, notes, and uploaded photos, emails, and documents. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and provide the App to you.

AI features

The App uses AI to extract booking details and generate itineraries. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should verify important travel details — such as dates, times, confirmation numbers, and bookings — directly with the airline, hotel, or other provider.

Flight data

Flight status and related information are provided by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. They are not a substitute for official information from your airline. Always confirm flight details with the airline.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, infringing others' rights, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (such as hosting, sign-in, AI, mapping, email, flight data, and payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capri Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Apple App Store terms

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• This agreement is between you and Capri Labs only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• Capri Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App, its content, maintenance and support, any product warranties, and addressing any claims relating to the App, including intellectual property claims.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms.
